My Story

I am the mother to a 22 year-old son, 19 year-old triplet daughters and an 16 year old son. My journey to parenthood was not an easy one. It took me 4 years to get pregnant the first time which led to a planned c-section caused by a breech presentation. when I became pregnant with triplets two years later, I quickly found out that there wasn’t a doctor in Chicago that would let me try to have a VBAC and For my third pregnancy? nope!

To ensure every birthing person has someone to support them in claiming their power and in trusting their bodies. To assist you as you ride the waves to bring a new life earth side. To help you trust your body and to find your own unique rhythm and voice. to provide loving support when you need it most.

the bests doulas will make sure that they are part of a team along with you and your partner and will actively engage and support both of you.

a postpartum doula provides non-medical, in-home physical, emotional and educational support to families during the weeks and months following childbirth.

absolutely! overnight support can be one of the best investments you can make as a new postpartum family and can hasten your recovery.
